কষ্টার্জিত সঞ্চয় ব্যাংকে না রেখে একটি সুন্দর পরিবেশে সপরিবারে বসবাসের জন্য পরিকল্পিত উপায়ে গড়ে তুলুন নিজের নীড়। এই পরিকল্পনায় প্রথমে নিজ বন্ধুবান্ধব বা ঘনিষ্ঠজনদের সাথে নিয়ে বসবাসের উপযোগী নিষ্কণ্টক এক টুকরা জমি নির্বাচন হল আপনার জন্য সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজ। তারপর যথাযথ আইনি প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে যৌথভাবে জমি ক্রয় করে রাজউক হতে নির্মাণ অনাপত্তিপত্র সংগ্রহ শেষে দক্ষ একজন প্রকৌশলীর মাধ্যমে সবার মতামতের ভিত্তিতে আকর্ষণীয় একটি এপার্টমেন্ট বিল্ডিং এর নকশা প্রণয়ন হল দ্বিতীয় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজ। তারপর বিল্ডিং নির্মাণ কাজ শুরু করে প্রয়োজনীয় জনবল নিয়োগ দিয়ে অনুমোদিত নকশা অনুসারে উন্নতমানের নির্মাণ সামগ্রী দ্বারা গড়তে হবে আপনার স্বপ্নের নীড়।
জমি সংক্রান্ত কাগজপত্র অনুসন্ধান, যাচাইকরণ এবং আইনি জটিলতা পরিহার করে জমি ক্রয় করা সহজ কাজ নয়। তার আগে জানতে হবে বসবাসের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় অবকাঠামোগত উন্নয়ন, যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা গড়ে উঠা থেকে শুরু করে জমিটার সার্বিক ভবিষ্যৎ। শত ব্যস্ততার মাঝে কারো সাহায্য ছাড়া এই কাজগুলো করা সবার জন্য সম্ভবপর হয় না। দরকার নির্ভরযোগ্য কারো পরামর্শ এবং প্রায় পুরো তিন বছর জুড়ে সর্বাত্মক সহযোগিতা। তাছাড়া দক্ষ প্রকৌশলী থেকে শুরু করে প্রত্যেক পর্যায়ে জনবল নিয়োগ কাজটি অত্যন্ত দুরূহ।
উপরোক্ত সমস্যাগুলোর জটিলতা অনেকটাই কমে যায় যদি বিল্ডিংভিত্তিক সমবায় ও সমঝোতার ভিত্তিতে অগ্রসর হওয়া যায়। তাতে একদিকে যেমন পুরো বিষয়টা অনেক সহজ হয়ে যায়, সাথে সাথে নির্মাণ ব্যয়ও কমে আসে আর সম্পূর্ণ স্বচ্ছতার ভিত্তিতে সবার সাথে সুসম্পর্ক গড়ে উঠে। এটাই হোক নিজের নীড় গড়ে তোলার প্রকৃষ্ট উপায়।
When I remember my childhood, I really miss living and playing together in a society where all of us knew each other closely while sharing and caring for our neighbours and providing help and solace in times of need. Now a days, living in a rented flat in this busy megacity we rarely find time to know about our neighbours or to take part in gatherings and festivities together. Living in a multi-storied compact apartment, while dozens of families live together without forming a society we have missed the opportunity to find peace of community living and to add a new dimension to our personal lives. In an attempt to find a nice place to live together peacefully with a minimum cost of building an apartment for our own, we have floated this very idea of first buying a suitable piece of land jointly shared by each members and then building our own apartment home together to enjoy the pleasure of life. Any kind of suggestion and comments are always welcome.
