কাঞ্চনা বুরি অবস্থিত থাইল্যান্ডের পশ্চিমে। থাইল্যান্ডের যুদ্ধ নিয়ে ঐতিহাসিক সুন্দর এই জায়গা টি। এখানে আছে কুয়াই নদী। যার উপর দাঁড়িয়ে এখানের সৌন্দর্য উপভোগ করতে আসেন হাজার হাজার পর্যটক। এখানে আছে ডেথ রেলওয়ে। এই রেলওয়ে নির্মাণের পেছনে যে সুদীর্ঘ রহস্যময় ইতিহাস লুকিয়ে আছে তা জানতেই আপনাকে ভ্রমণ করতে হবে এখানে। প্রা থাট নামের একটি গুহা এখানে পাবেন। এই গুহা কে শান্তির স্থান বলে আখ্যায়িত করা হয়। জনমানব থেকে দূরে এসে মেই খামিন নামক একটি জলপ্রপাত উপভোগ করতে পারেন এখানে। যুদ্ধকালীন কবরস্থান পাবেন এখানে। বিশাল বিশাল মন্দির আর ন্যাশনাল পার্কের সমারোহ এই জায়গায়। থাইল্যান্ডের ভেতরেই এ যেন এক ভিন্ন জায়গা।

ল্যাঙকাউয়ি মালয়েশিয়ার সবচেয়ে জনপ্রিয় গ্রীষ্মমন্ডলীয় দ্বীপ। মালয়েশিয়ার পর্যটন বোর্ড এই সুন্দর ও রহস্যময় দ্বীপের সুরক্ষা ও পর্যটনের জন্য আকর্ষণীয় করার কাজে সর্বদা ব্যস্ত। ২০০৭ সাল থেকে ইউনেস্কো ল্যাঙকাউয়িকে বিশ্ব জিও পার্ক হিসেবে বিবেচনা করে আসছে অন্যান্য তিনটি জিও পার্ক ম্যাচিংক্যাং ক্যামব্রিয়ান জিওফরেস্ট পার্ক, কিলিম জিওফরেস্ট পার্ক এবং পুলাও তাসিক দাইয়াং বান্টিং এর সাথে সাথে। মালয় উপদ্বীপের উত্তর-পশ্চিম উপকুলে অবস্থিত ল্যাংকাউয়ি ১০৪টি লোকবসতিহীন দ্বীপ দ্বারা বেষ্টিত। এর বিখ্যাত ভূ-দৃশ্য ও স্থাপত্য আন্না ও দি কিং চলচ্চিত্রের প্রেক্ষাপট হিসেবে কাজ করেছে। ল্যাংকাউয়ি (Langkawi) হলো প্রকৃতির সৌন্দর্য উপভোগের আদর্শ স্থান। মেরিন পার্কে একটা দিন কাটানো অথবা এক রাউন্ড গলফ খেলার জন্য গলফ মাঠে যাওয়া অথবা বোট ভাড়া করে অকৃত্রিম কোরাল রীফ দেখতে বেরিয়ে পড়ার জন্য ল্যাঙকাউয়ি অসাধারন একটা জায়গা।

Indian Visas requirements
=====================
Passport, in original, with a minimum validity of six months as on the date of submission of application for visa. The passport should have at least two (2) blank pages. Copy of the passport ( Page no 2 & 3 ) should be attached. All old passports must be submitted with the application form.
One recent (not less than 3 months old) 2x2 (350x350 pixels) colour photograph depicting full face with white background.
Proof of Residence (Present): A copy of National ID Card and Utility Bill such as electricity, telephone, gas or water bill (not more than 6 month old)
Proof of Profession: Certificate from the employer. In case of students, copy of Identity card from the educational institution is to be attached, for retired person need retirement papers .
Proof of Financial soundness: International travel card like SBI Travel card / updated bank statement (last 3 month) / endorsement* of foreign currency equivalent to US$150/- per applicant ( Endorsement* should not be older than 1 (one) month at the time of submission), International credit card with running year endorsement in the passport.
