What is Break-even CPA?

It is the maximum amount you can spend to get one sale or lead without making a profit or a loss.

For example, if you are selling an eCommerce product:

Selling Price: 500$
Product Cost + Shipping: 300$

So, your profit = 200$

Now,

โžก๏ธ Break-even CPA = 200$

โœ” If CPA is less than 200$ โ†’ You are making profit
โŒ If CPA is more than 200$ โ†’ You are losing money

Do you know your Break-even CPA?

If not, calculate it today.
