"ভবিষ্যতে করদাতাকে এমন রসিদ দেওয়া হবে, যেখানে উল্লেখ থাকবে, তার দেওয়া করের কত অংশ শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্য ও সামাজিক সুরক্ষা খাতে ব্যয় হয়েছে। আগামী বাজেট থেকেই এ ধরনের ব্যবস্থা চালুর আশা করছে সরকার।"
