Our Content Creation & Videography Session has been successfully completed! 📱✨

Through interactive learning and hands-on practice, our volunteers explored the essentials of smartphone videography, storytelling, framing, audio, editing, and impactful social media content creation.

A special thanks to Md. Shakib Hossain , IT Manager and HR Team, Proborton, for leading an insightful and engaging session that inspired our volunteers to communicate with creativity, confidence, and purpose. At Proborton, we believe that empowering youth with digital storytelling skills empowers communities to create meaningful change.

🌱 Creating Change Through Community Action

From environmental awareness and hands-on eco-craft training to tree plantation and youth engagement, our journey under the "Crafting A Green Future: Empowering Women with Eco-friendly Skills" project reflects the power of collaboration and sustainability." Implemented by Proborton - প্রবর্তন under the Global Youth Mobilization (GYM) initiative supported by the Youth Empowerment Fund.

This project empowered women and children with practical green skills, promoted responsible waste management, and inspired collective action for a healthier planet.

We are delighted to recognize Naznin Kabir Anika, a student of Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU), as our Change Maker of the Month for her outstanding dedication, commitment, and meaningful contributions to our community-based initiatives.

As an active volunteer of Proborton, under the Global Youth Mobilization initiative supported by the European Union, Naznin has demonstrated exceptional leadership, responsibility, and enthusiasm in promoting environmental sustainability and community empowerment. Her sincere efforts and active engagement have significantly contributed to the successful implementation of our project activities and inspired positive change within the community.

Creating Opportunities, Building Resilience 🌍

Every meaningful change begins with awareness, collaboration, and collective action. We are delighted to share glimpses from the successful Community Orientation Program of our initiative, “Crafting a Green Future: Empowering Women with Eco-Friendly Skills,” conducted at the Tigerpass Hillside Area, Chattogram, with the support of Global Youth Mobilization.

This program marked an important first step toward empowering climate-vulnerable women by introducing the project’s vision, objectives, and opportunities for sustainable skill development. Through this initiative, participants will receive hands-on training to transform waste into eco-friendly flower vases and handmade jewelry—turning waste materials into meaningful sources of income, creativity, and self-reliance.

Beyond skill development, the initiative also aims to promote environmental awareness, climate resilience, and community empowerment by encouraging sustainable waste management practices and creating livelihood opportunities for underprivileged women. Through active engagement with community members, we strive to foster confidence, financial independence, and long-term social impact.

Together, we envision a future where waste transforms into opportunity, women are economically empowered, and communities grow stronger through resilience, sustainability, and collective action. 🌱💚

Proborton - প্রবর্তন proudly conducted the official onboarding and orientation session for the selected Community Changemakers under the Global Youth Mobilization 3-month cohort.
