Cox’s Bazar, the longest natural sea beach in the world, is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in Bangladesh. Thousands of tourists come here to enjoy the breathtaking scenery, fresh sea breeze, and peaceful environment.

However, while enjoying the beauty of the beach, many people unknowingly pollute it by leaving behind plastic bottles, food packets, and other waste materials. This pollution harms the environment, marine life, and destroys the natural beauty of the sea beach.

During the Eid Ul Azha vacation 2026, a big number of tourists will be coming to Coxs Bazar Beach to enjoy the marine beauty so
To raise awareness and take responsibility for our environment, Team Oikko has taken a small initiative to clean some parts of the beach. Though it is a small step, we believe every effort counts when it comes to protecting nature.

Let us all work together to keep Cox’s Bazar clean, beautiful, and safe for future generations. 🌊♻️🌿

পহেলা বৈশাখ মানেই আনন্দ, নতুন আশা এবং শিশুদের মুখে হাসি। নতুন জামাকাপড়, মিষ্টি খাবার ও নানা আয়োজন এই উৎসবকে আরও প্রাণবন্ত করে তোলে।
এই বাংলা নববর্ষ উপলক্ষে টিম ঐক্য, বিবেকানন্দ শিক্ষা ও সংস্কৃতি পরিষদের সাথে যৌথভাবে ফটিকছড়ির প্রত্যন্ত এলাকা ক্ষুদ্র নৃগোষ্ঠী ত্রিপুরা পল্লীর অসহায় এবং সুবিধাবঞ্চিত শিশু ও বয়স্কদের মাঝে আনন্দ ছড়িয়ে দেওয়ার লক্ষ্যে তাদেরকে বৈশাখী উপহার প্রদান করা হয়। নতুন বছরের শুরুতে এই নিবৃত পল্লীর অসহায় মানুষের মুখে হাসি ফোটানোর এটি এক ক্ষুদ্র প্রয়াস....

Pohela Boishakh means joy, new hopes, and smiles on children’s faces. New clothes, sweets, and various festivities make this occasion even more vibrant.
On the occasion of the Bengali New Year, Team Oikko, in collaboration with Vivekananda Shikha o Songskriti Parishad, distributed Boishakhi gifts among the underprivileged children and elderly of the remote (ethnic) Tripura community in Fatikchhari. This small initiative aims to spread happiness and bring smiles to the faces of the deprived people of this secluded area at the beginning of the new year...

Team Oikko recently had the honor of taking part in a health camp in Anowara, standing beside communities who need care the most.
With the generous support and guidance of Dr. Pratik Chowdhury, Dr. Kantasree Dutta, and Promasree Chowdhury, we were able to deliver essential healthcare and distribute medicine at no cost
This initiative reflects our core belief — “মানুষ মানুষের জন্য” — that together, through unity (ঐক্য), we can create meaningful change. 🌱
