Based in the Yarramalong Valley north of Sydney, our focus is on making rich and delicious whisky through use of consistent high quality mash and ageing in premium full-sized casks.

DOUBLE DOUBLE GOLD | Our best-ever results on the international stage, with TWO double gold medals & some of the highest global rankings at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Our yet-to-be-released French Kiss received a 97/100 & our 2026 Sherry Lane received a 96/100 - these were two of the world's top scores & the best results we've ever received. We are absolutely over the moon!

Snippets of Harvest Festival ✨

A busy weekend at the distillery, with hundreds of people visiting for tastings + tours + entertainment from our visiting bagpipers.

We also joined for a fabulous evening of local food & drink, with a delicious four-course dinner paired with our whiskies.

NEW RELEASE | Thrilled to unveil our latest collaboration with - say hello to Twice the Temptation.

This is a whisky born from bold ideas, exceptional casks & the refusal to play it safe.

It’s jammy, floral & strawberry cream on the nose & red berry, rancio & honey notes on the palate.

Expect a deeper, darker & more seductive whisky than our Garden of Temptation release - definitely worth a taste!

We’ll have Twice the Temptation on-pour at the distillery this weekend, ahead of its official release at Whisky on the Murray on June 20.

As part of the popular Central Coast Harvest Festival, we're throwing open our distillery doors for two exciting open days!

Limited tickets remain for tastings + tours on Saturday & Sunday - this is your chance to meet our award-winning whisky makers, try our drams, give our Highland cows a pat & stock up on all your favourite Amber Lane drams.

We've also teamed up with for a special "Taste of the Hinterland" dinner on Saturday night. A four-course degustation, paired with a guided whisky tasting + acoustic music - a great opportunity to celebrate some of the Coast's best produce.

This is how Friday evenings should be spent 😜👌 🥃

Our brand ambassador Garth will be pouring free Amber Lane tastings at Emu Plains from 3.30pm - 7.30pm this afternoon - pop in for a dram & a chat!

If you’re near Charlestown, head into to see our brand ambassador Lucas - he’ll be serving free tastings from 3.30pm - 6.30pm.
