Community Gateway Community Gateway is an Aged Care and Disability Service Provider located in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Mid North Coast.

Our primary objective is to provide quality, accessible and empowering support to our service users. Other Objectives include:

- Individualised support and information is provided to enable service users to have informed choice.
- Service users have the right to self determination about support provided to achieve and maintain social independence.
- Service provision meets or exceeds all standard

s, guidelines and the professional ethics of the organisation.
- Valued partnerships with service users, representative groups and other stakeholders are built and maintained.
- Program outcomes are effective and meet all funding requirements.

Meet Rob, one of our dedicated Activities Instructors 💜

Rob spends his days supporting NDIS and aged care clients through one-to-one support, cooking and art programs, and social group outings.

What he loves most is building genuine relationships with clients over time, and being part of such a supportive team.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find him getting stuck into creative projects like woodworking, gardening, or DIY around the home, or spending time cooking, gaming, and hanging out with family and friends.
