A new men's health and wellbeing program starts in the Murraylands this month 😊🤝

Shoulder to Shoulder is a five-week program that will support you with skills and tools to manage your mental health, understand your strengths, set and reach goals, and much more. Sessions will be held weekly on Thursdays at Murraylands Skills Centre.
