There is a delightful local environment to enjoy. Within walking distance there are cafes, restaurants, Avoca theatre, patrolled beaches, beautiful lake to paddle on or have a fish and to top

it off one of the best markets around. Personal services are nearby such as hairdressers and massage therapy

Nothing is very far way, a short drive/bus gets you to Erina Fair shopping centre and the famous Terrigal - great shops, night life, beach, snorkelling and diving.
