🥂 Holiday season is here but what does the law say about letting your underage teen drink at home?

Technically... yes! If you’re their parent or guardian, you can give them alcohol at home but only under “responsible supervision.”

And if you get it wrong?

A nasty $1,100 on-the-spot fine or the courts can impose fines of up to $11,000 and/or up to 12 months imprisonment.

Keep it festive without the fine
