THE PROMISED HOLY SPIRIT IS GIVEN TO THOSE WHO OBEY ELOHIM.
Scripture for the Day!
“We are his witnesses of these things; and so also is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.” – Acts 5: 32 (WMB)
Peter spoke these words when he and the other apostles were standing before the religious leaders who had commanded them not to teach in the name of Yeshua. Yet Peter and the apostles refused to remain silent.
Peter spoke on behalf of the apostles and followers of The Way saying as it is written:
““We must obey God rather than men. 30 The God of our fathers raised up Yeshua, whom you killed, hanging him on a tree. 31 God exalted him with his right hand to be a Prince and a Savior, to give repentance to Israel, and remission of sins. 32 We are his witnesses of these things; and so also is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.” – Acts 5: 29 – 32
Then Peter gave a profound statement concerning the Holy Spirit: God gives the Holy Spirit to those who obey Him as Yeshua taught them.
Yeshua Himself clarified this to His disciples as it is written:
““15 If you love me, keep my commandments. 16 I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, that he may be with you forever: 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world can’t receive, for it doesn’t see him and doesn’t know him. You know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.” – Yochanan 14: 15 – 17 (WMB)
Let me remind believers and reiterate what Yeshua said.
IF YOU LOVE ELOHIM AND KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS, THEN YOU WILL RECEIVE THE PROMISED HOLY SPIRIT – SPIRIT OF TRUTH.
Those who are of this world CANNOT RECEIVE this HOLY SPIRIT because they DO NOT LOVE ELOHIM OR OBEY ELOHIM.
They love and practice FALSEHOOD and LAWLESSNESS.
REMEMBER!
THE HOLY SPIRIT (SPIRIT OF TRUTH) is ELOHIM’S SEAL – HIS POSSESSION.
HE ONLY GIVES IT TO HIS CHILDREN AND HOLY ONES (SAINTS) WHO KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS AND THE TESTIMONY OF YESHUA.
THE CHILDREN OF ELOHIM!
Elohim’s children are described in Revelation 12: 17 (WMB):
“17 The dragon grew angry with the woman, and went away to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep God’s commandments and hold Yeshua’s testimony.”
THE HOLY ONES (SAINTS)!
The Holy Ones are described in Revelation 14: 12 (WMB):
“12 Here is the perseverance of the holy ones, those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Yeshua.”
THE POURING OF HOLY SPIRIT (SHAVU’OT)!
THE HOLY SPIRIT was poured out onto Yeshua’s Disciples and Followers of The Way in JERUSALEM on the Day of Shavu’ot and they were able to SPEAK IN TONGUES.
There were other people from other nations around the world in Jerusalem who DID NOT RECEIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT because they DO NOT OBEY ELOHIM. They mocked the disciples and said they were drunk from wine.
It is written:
“1 Now when the day of Shavu`ot had come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 Suddenly there came from the sky a sound like the rushing of a mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. 3 Tongues like fire appeared and were distributed to them, and one sat on each of them. 4 They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other languages, as the Spirit gave them the ability to speak.
5 Now there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under the sky. 6 When this sound was heard, the multitude came together and were bewildered, because everyone heard them speaking in his own language. 7 They were all amazed and marvelled, saying to one another, “Behold, aren’t all these who speak Galileans? 8 How do we hear, everyone in our own native language? 9 Parthians, Medes, Elamites, and people from Mesopotamia, Judea, Cappadocia, Pontus, Asia, 10 Phrygia, Pamphylia, Egypt, the parts of Libya around Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, 11 Cretans and Arabians—we hear them speaking in our languages the mighty works of God!” 12 They were all amazed and were perplexed, saying to one another, “What does this mean?” 13 Others, mocking, said, “They are filled with new wine.”
14 But Peter, standing up with the Eleven, lifted up his voice and spoke out to them, “You men of Judea and all you who dwell at Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and listen to my words. 15 For these aren’t drunken, as you suppose, seeing it is only the third hour of the day.”
OBEDIENCE TO ELOHIM!
REMEMEBER THIS! ELOHIM IS SPIRIT.
HE IS NOT AN IDOL.
HE IS NOT A MAN that He looks at the outward appearance of a person.
HE IS SPIRIT and He looks at and tests the heart of all mankind.
HE REWARDS BELIEVERS WHO DO THINGS IN SECRET THAT NO MAN SEES.
HE SEES THINGS DONE IN SECRET AND HE REWARDS ACCORDINGLY.
True obedience is often tested when there is no applause, recognition, or reward from people – Obedience when No One Is Watching.
Still obey when it costs you something.
Still speak the truth when others reject it.
Still forgive when we have been hurt.
Still walk according to God's Word when the world tells us to compromise.
The apostles were willing to obey God even when it brought persecution.
Their example teaches us that walking in THE WAY is not simply about knowing Scripture. It is about allowing the truth of God's Word to govern our lives.
Paul wrote about THE PROMISED HOLY SPIRIT in Ephesians 1: 11 – 14 (WMB):
“11 We were also assigned an inheritance in him, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who does all things after the counsel of his will, 12 to the end that we should be to the praise of his glory, we who had before hoped in Messiah. 13 In him you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your salvation—in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is a pledge of our inheritance, to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of his glory.”
Yochanan also wrote about THE PROMISED HOLY SPIRIT in 1 Yochanan 3: 24 and 1 Yochanan 4: 13 (WMB) respectively:
“24 He who keeps his commandments remains in him, and he in him. By this we know that he remains in us, by the Spirit which he gave us.”
“13 By this we know that we remain in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.”
THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THE WAY!
The first followers of Yeshua were known as The Way.
They were not merely people who believed certain doctrines. They were disciples who were learning to walk in the Way of their Master – Yeshua Hamashiach.
The Holy Spirit was given to empower God's people to live faithfully and bear witness to Yeshua.
Therefore, we should examine our own WALK and OBEDIENCE to ELOHIM’S VOICE AND COMMANDMENTS.
Yochanan clarified this in 1 Yochanan 2: 3 – 6 and 1 Yochanan 5: 3 – 5 (WMB) respectively:
“3 This is how we know that we know him: if we keep his commandments. 4 One who says, “I know him,” and doesn’t keep his commandments, is a liar, and the truth isn’t in him. 5 But God’s love has most certainly been perfected in whoever keeps his word. This is how we know that we are in him: 6 he who says he remains in him ought himself also to walk just like he walked.”
“3 For this is loving God, that we keep his commandments. His commandments are not grievous. 4 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world: your faith. 5 Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Yeshua is the Son of God?”
DON’T BE LIKE THE HYPOCRITES!
The HYPOCRITES are those who are of this world.
Who teach as doctrines the TRADITIONS AND COMMANDMENTS OF MEN and they SET ASIDE ELOHIM’S COMMANDMENTS as Yeshua clarified and quoting from Isaiah as it is written in Mark 7: 6 – 9 (WMB):
“He answered them, “Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written,
‘This people honors me with their lips,
but their heart is far from me.
7 They worship me in vain,
teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’
8 “For you set aside the commandment of God, and hold tightly to the tradition of men—the washing of pitchers and cups, and you do many other such things.” 9 He said to them, “Full well do you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition.”
LOVING AND KNOWING ELOHIM!
We do not Love Elohim or Know Elohim with our lips as Hypocrites do.
WE LOVE ELOHIM BY KEEPING HIS COMMANDMENTS.
WE KNOW ELOHIM BY KEEPING HIS COMMANDMENTS.
For it is written:
“15 If you love me, keep my commandments. 16 I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, † that he may be with you forever: 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world can’t receive, for it doesn’t see him and doesn’t know him. You know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.”
21 One who has my commandments and keeps them, that person is one who loves me. One who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him, and will reveal myself to him.” – Yochanan 14: 15 – 17, 21 (WMB)

ELOHIM’S MERCY AND RIGHTEOUSNESS!
Let us hear who RECEIVES Elohim’s MERCY (LOVINGKINDNESS) and RIGHTEOUSNESS.
It is written in Psalms 103: 17 – 18 (WMB):
“17 But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting
On those who fear Him,
And His righteousness to children’s children,
18 To such as keep His covenant,
And to those who remember His commandments to do them.”
WHAT TO DO TO ENTER ETERNAL LIFE!
This is what Yeshua said when He was asked about entering into ETERNAL LIFE.
It is written in Matthew 19: 16 – 19 and Mark 10: 17 – 19 (WMB):
“16 Behold, one came to him and said, “Good Rabbi, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?”
17 He said to him, “Why do you call me good?† No one is good but one, that is, God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.”
18 He said to him, “Which ones?”
Yeshua said, “ ‘You shall not murder.’ ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ ‘You shall not steal.’ ‘You shall not offer false testimony.’ 19 ‘Honor your father and your mother.’ And, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ ”
“17 As he was going out into the way, one ran to him, knelt before him, and asked him, “Good Rabbi, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?”
18 Yeshua said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except one—God. 19 You know the commandments: ‘Do not murder,’ ‘Do not commit adultery,’ ‘Do not steal,’ ‘Do not give false testimony,’ ‘Do not defraud,’ ‘Honor your father and mother.’”
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF WHAT YESHUA SAID.
YESHUA ONLY QUOTED THE 10 COMMANDMENTS.
YESHUA DID NOT SAY, “YOU WILL BE SAVED BY GRACE”.
ELOHIM’S COMMANDMENT STILL STANDS!
Yeshua had died, buried in a tomb and His disciples and followers still kept the Commandments as it is written in Luke 23: 50 – 56 (WMB):
“50 Behold, there was a man named Joseph, who was a member of the council, a good and righteous man 51 (he had not consented to their counsel and deed), from Arimathaea, a city of the Judeans, who was also waiting for God’s Kingdom. 52 This man went to Pilate, and asked for Yeshua’s body. 53 He took it down and wrapped it in a linen cloth, and laid him in a tomb that was cut in stone, where no one had ever been laid. 54 It was the day of the Preparation, and the Sabbath was drawing near. 55 The women who had come with him out of Galilee followed after, and saw the tomb and how his body was laid.
56 They returned and prepared spices and ointments. On the Sabbath they rested according to the commandment.
Yeshua had died, buried and had risen from the dead and BEFORE HE COMES, this is what HE SAYS as it is written in Revelation 22: 10 – 15 (WMB):
“10 He said to me, “Don’t seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand. 11 He who acts unjustly, let him act unjustly still. He who is filthy, let him be filthy still. He who is righteous, let him do righteousness still. He who is holy, let him be holy still.”
12 “Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, to repay to each man according to his work. 13 I am the Alef and the Tav, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. 14 Blessed are those who do his commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter in by the gates into the city.
15 Outside are the dogs, the sorcerers, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.”
YESHUA STILL REITERATES THE IMPORTANCE OF OBEDIENCE AND KEEPING ELOHIM’S COMMANDMENTS IN ORDER TO ENTER INTO HIS KINGDOM.
YOU SAY WORKS DOESN’T MATTER!
HEAR THIS – AS IT IS WRITTEN IN JACOB (JAMES) 2: 19 – 26 (WMB):
“19 You believe that God is one. You do well. The demons also believe—and shudder.
20 But do you want to know, vain man, that faith apart from works is dead?
21 Wasn’t Abraham our father justified by works, in that he offered up Isaac his son on the altar? 22 You see that faith worked with his works, and by works faith was perfected. 23 So the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him as righteousness,”* and he was called the friend of God. 24 You see then that by works a man is justified, and not only by faith. 25 In the same way, wasn’t Rahab the pr******te also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way?
26 For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, even so faith apart from works is dead.”
IF YOU BELIEVE BUT DO NOT DO THE WORKS, YOU ARE AT THE SAME LEVEL AS DEMONS.
DEMONS BELIEVE BUT THEY DO NOT OBEY ELOHIM AND DO HIS COMMANDMENTS.
IF YOU HAVE FAITH THEN YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORKS.
IF YOU HAVE FAITH AND DON’T DO THE WORKS, YOU PRACTICE FALSEHOOD AND LAWLESSNESS.
FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD JUST LIKE THE BODY WITHOUT THE SPIRIT IS DEAD.
REMEMBER THIS!
Yeshua’s words regarding those who PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS and LOVE AND PRACTICE FALSEHOOD.
It is written in Matthew 7: 21 – 23 and Revelation 22: 15 (WMB) respectively:
“ I Never Knew You”
“21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’”
“15 Outside are the dogs, the sorcerers, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.”
THE NEW HEAVENS AND NEW EARTH!
Elohim’s Children and The Holy Ones (Saints) who KEEP ELOHIM’S COMMANDMENTS including HIS 7TH DAY SABBATH will continue to WORSHIP ELOHIM in THE NEW HEAVENS AND NEW EARTH on HIS SABBATH DAY that HE CREATED, BLESSED AND MADE HOLY IN THE BEGINNING.
Those who TRANSGRESS ELOHIM’S COMMANDMENTS and worship on the 1st Day (Sunday) or any other day will be CAST OUT INTO GEHINNOM where their worms will not die nor their fire be quenched and they will be LOATHSOME TO ALL MANKIND.
The Prophet Isaiah clarifies this in Isaiah 66: 22 – 24 (WMB):
“22 “For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me,” says the LORD, “so your offspring and your name shall remain.
23 It shall happen that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, all flesh will come to worship before me,” says the LORD.
24 “They will go out, and look at the dead bodies of the men who have transgressed against me; for their worm will not die, nor will their fire be quenched, and they will be loathsome to all mankind.”
CONCLUSION!
Let us hear the CONCLUSION OF THE WHOLE MATTER as it is written in
Ecclesiastes 12: 13 – 14:
“13 Now all has been heard;
here is the conclusion of the matter:
Fear God and keep his commandments,
for this is the duty of all mankind.
14 For God will bring every deed into judgment,
including every hidden thing,
whether it is good or evil.”
I therefore urge you all “BELIEVERS”:
- DO NOT BE FRIENDS OF THIS WORLD
- DO NOT BE CONFORMED TO THIS WORLD AND IT’S TRADITIONS
- TURN AWAY FROM FALSEHOOD AND LIES OF THIS WORLD
- TURN AWAY FROM PAGANISM
- TURN AWAY FROM IDOLATRY
- TURN AWAY FROM CATHOLICISM AND CHRSITIANITY
- TURN AWAY FROM ZIONISM
- TURN AWAY FROM FALSE RELIGIONS
Follow the ORIGINAL TEACHINGS AND TESTIMONY (THE TRUTH) OF YESHUA and His Disciples and Followers of the WAY during the 1st Century before it was changed to FALSEHOOD AND LIES BY CATHOLICISM AND CHRISTIANITY.
BELIEVE THE TRUE MESSIAH WHO CAME TO TESTIFY OF THE TRUTH – YESHUA HAMASHIACH IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE, WHO WAS BORN A JEW AND DIED A JEW OUR SAVIOUR IS DEPICTED IN ISAIAH 11: 1 – 5 (WMB), ISAIAH 53: 1 – 5 (WMB) and ISAIAH 12: 1 – 6 (WMB):
“1 A shoot will come out of the stock of Jesse,
and a branch out of his roots will bear fruit.
2 The LORD’s Spirit will rest on him:
the spirit of wisdom and understanding,
the spirit of counsel and might,
the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.
3 His delight will be in the fear of the LORD.
He will not judge by the sight of his eyes,
neither decide by the hearing of his ears;
4 but he will judge the poor with righteousness,
and decide with equity for the humble of the earth.
He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth;
and with the breath of his lips he will kill the wicked.
5 Righteousness will be the belt around his waist,
and faithfulness the belt around his waist. – Isaiah 11: 1 – 5 (WMB)
“1 Who has believed our message?
To whom has the LORD’s arm been revealed?
2 For he grew up before him as a tender plant,
and as a root out of dry ground.
He has no good looks or majesty.
When we see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.

a man of suffering
and acquainted with disease.
He was despised as one from whom men hide their face;
and we didn’t respect him.
4 Surely he has borne our sickness
and carried our suffering;
yet we considered him plagued,
struck by God, and afflicted.

The punishment that brought our peace was on him;

“1 In that day you will say, “I will give thanks to you, the LORD; for though you were angry with me, your anger has turned away and you comfort me. 2 Behold, God is my salvation. I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the LORD, the LORD, is my strength and song; and he has become my salvation [yeshu`ah].” 3 Therefore with joy you will draw water out of the wells of salvation [yeshu`ah]. 4 In that day you will say, “Give thanks to the LORD! Call on his name! Declare his doings among the peoples! Proclaim that his name is exalted! 5 Sing to the LORD, for he has done excellent things! Let this be known in all the earth! 6 Cry aloud and shout, you inhabitant of Zion, for the Holy One of Israel is great among you!” – Isaiah 12: 1 – 6 (WMB)
TODAY, if you hear His voice, DO NOT HARDEN YOUR HEARTS.
Humble yourselves, Fear Elohim, KEEP His Covenant and REMEMBER His COMMANDMENTS to do them;
Love Elohim and Love Your Neighbour, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you all this glorious day that He has made.
Let us rejoice and be glad in Him.

OUR ONLY TRUE GOD, WHO ALONE IS WISE, BE HONOUR, GLORY, PRAISE AND BLESSING. FOREVER AND EVER. AMEN.
