Criminal Justice System in Australia: Unfortunately due to police corruption the mandatory police procedure demanded by statute is NOT always implemented when police receive a crime report. If said complainant seeks restoration of their legal rights in the judicial arm of the Criminal Justice System all the crown solicitors or police prosecutors masquerading as crown prosecutor needs to do is argue to the court that police have discretionary powers and therefore don't have to investigate crime if they don't want to and the court will rubber stamp that.
