A reminder to our Coombabah State High School families that tomorrow, Friday 4 September, is a pupil-free day.

There will be no school for students, with staff undertaking professional development.

We look forward to welcoming students back on Monday 7 September. 💙

It’s a great reminder to check in with the people around us and ask, “Are you OK?” A simple conversation can make a big difference.

Let’s look out for each other, listen, be kind and support our friends and classmates. 💛

Get ready for an unforgettable evening celebrating the creativity, passion and achievements of Coombabah State High School’s talented young artists! 🌟

Join us for OVATION on Friday 11 September, 6:30pm–8:30pm at the Coombabah SHS Student Centre, featuring an exciting showcase of student talent across Dance, Drama, Film and Music. 💃🎬🎵

The evening will also include our Arts Awards, recognising the outstanding contribution and achievements of our young artists. 🏆

What a fantastic achievement! 🎉 Today, Mia Baty and Ruby Horsfield signed up at Club Helensvale after successfully completing their Certificate II in Hospitality. 👏

Their hard work, commitment and determination have opened the door to an exciting new opportunity - they have both been offered a traineeship to achieve their Certificate III in Business! 📚💼

We are so proud to see them taking the next step in their journey and building a bright future through learning, work and opportunity.
