IMPORTANT NEWS:-
The Consulate General of Pakistan, Sydney is pleased to inform the Pakistani-Australian community members that the Punjab Police has developed an online portal called Police Khidmat Markaz Global Portal for online processing of the applications for various Police-related services. This will considerably reduce the time required for the processing of these applications.
The Consulate will start processing the applications online (for Punjab only) from Monday, 29 June 2020. The paper-based applications will not be accepted from 29th June, 2020 onwards.
Services to be Provided through Online Portal of Punjab Police
1. Police Character Certificate
2. General Police Verification (Employee Verification)
3. Copy of FIR
4. Tenants Registration
5. Crime Report
Requirements for Verification
The following are the requirements for processing of police-related services:
1. Character Certificate
i. Personal Presence of the Applicant at the Consulate General of Pakistan Sydney (mandatory)
ii. Original Valid NICOP/CNIC Card along with its photocopy (front & back) (for Pakistanis only)
iii. Original previous Passport with photocopy of its bio-pages (first four pages)
iv. Government / Semi Govt Employees should apply along with a NOC obtained from the Head of Department of the parent department.
v. A photocopy of foreign passport / PR Card / landing paper / Status abroad, if any.
vi. Self-addressed Express / Registered Post envelope.
vii. For Foreign Nationals, in addition to the above-mentioned requirements, a copy of the current passport and previous passport, on which a Pakistani visa was issued.
2. National Status Verification
i. Personal presence of applicant (a family member may represent him/her with written consent)
ii. Applicant's CNIC
iii. Contact details in Pakistan
3. Tenant Registration
i. Personal presence of applicant (a family member may represent him/her with written consent)
ii. CNIC of house owner (overseas Pakistani)
iii. CNIC of tenant (local Pakistani resident)
iv. Copy of rent agreement
v. Affidavit
vi. Photograph of tenant
vii. Contact details of both owner and tenant
4. Crime Report
i. Personal presence of applicant (a family member may represent him/her with written consent)
ii. Applicant's CNIC
5. Copy of FIR
i. Personal presence of applicant or a family member may represent him/her with written consent
ii. Applicant's CNIC
iii. FIR number and name of the Police Station in which FIR was registered
6. Employee Verification
i. Personal presence of applicant or a family member may represent him/her with written consent
ii. Applicant's CNIC
iii. Contact details of Employee
