🌟 COMMUNITY DIGNITY BOXES RESTOCKED ONCE AGAIN 🌟

Today, once again, we were blown away by the generosity of our community. ❤️
The small businesses, community groups and individuals who continue to come together to support those doing it tough in our community are truly inspiring. Because of their kindness and generosity, our Community Dignity Boxes have been restocked and are ready to support local people when they need it most. We do our best to keep all 3 boxes full for community to access FREE dignity items 24 hours a day. If you are in need of something not in the box visit there Rosewood Community Centre to ask for support.

Today, we were incredibly grateful to collect a generous donation from Foote's Pharmacy Walloon, including shampoo, conditioner, wet wipes, soap and deodorant.
These donations join the wonderful contributions received from Walloon Dental, Rosewood Dental Rosewood State School, Wendy Bourne MP & Share the Dignity and many generous individuals throughout our community. Our beautiful dental packs are lovingly handmade by the talented members of the Rosewood Craft And Quilters .

It is because of a community that cares that we are able to continue providing Community Dignity Boxes to those who need a helping hand.

💙 Thank you to every person, business and organisation that has donated, supported and believed in the importance of caring for one another. Your generosity makes a real difference.

📦 If you would like to contribute, donations can be dropped off at the Rosewood Community Centre during opening hours. If you need to donate outside these times, please send us a message. We are also working with Foote's Pharmacy Rosewood and Foote's Pharmacy Walloon to establish additional collection points within our community.

Together, we are creating a community where everyone is treated with dignity, compassion and care.

🌧️✨ The rain certainly didn't stop our seniors today!
Our bus trip took us on a wonderful adventure. We enjoyed lots of delicious food, stunning city views and explored the beautiful Botanic Gardens at Mt Coot-tha. 🌿🌺 We finished the day by reaching for the stars at the Planetarium, discovering the wonders of the universe. 🌌🪐✨

There was plenty of laughter, delicious food, great conversation, and we even learnt a thing or two along the way. It was a fantastic day filled with friendship, fun, and new experiences.

☕ What's coming up?
Our Seniors Group will continue to meet over the next two weeks for relaxed social coffee catch-ups, before returning to our regular Seniors Gathering on the first Tuesday in July.

If you'd like to connect with others, enjoy outings and activities, and be part of a welcoming group, we'd love to have you join us.

What a great night at the Western Corridor Community Alliance - 3rd Meeting - 9th June .... We had about 40 people come and get updateds from Cr Jim Madden - Ipswich City Council Division 4 and David Martin: Ipswich, Wendy Bourne MP and Shayne Neumann MP

We got to hear feedback about road developments and more questions have been raised..... If you want to keep up to date with what is going on then let us know you want to join the WCCA mailing list.
