I want to be really clear about what Support Plus is, and what it isn't.

It's not an app that replaces you. It's not a service that steps in and takes over. And it's absolutely not saying that what you do can be automated.

What you bring to someone's care is irreplaceable. The way you know exactly what they need before they even ask. The history you carry. The love behind every decision you make. We can't put that in an app.

But what we can do is make sure the knowledge you carry — the routines, the contacts, the preferences, the plan, isn't trapped only in your head.

Support Plus is a backup for the person who backs everyone else up. That's you. 💜

No referral. No waitlist. No complicated process.

We’ve started a new little series called Notes from a Carer Brain - a light, honest look at what caregiving actually feels like day-to-day.

• explaining things more times than you can count
• juggling multiple roles in a single day

It captures routines, preferences, and support networks so nothing is lost if circumstances change.

It doesn’t need to be done all at once, starting small is enough.
