Prana Chai? Yum. Overnight oats? Delish. Together? OOHH MY GOSH INCREDIBLE. We made a super simple recipe for you guys to follow and try out yourself. Perfect for a healthy and nice cool start to a warm summery day ahead.

Ingredients
[Chai Milk]
1 tbsp Prana Chai Sticky Chai
½ cup milk of choice

[Oat blend]
½ cup of rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds

[Spiced apple and toppings]
1 green apple
Maple syrup to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Plain greek yoghurt

Brew your Prana Chai and add your rolled oats and chia seeds to a bowl and mix together.

Once chai is brewed, add chai to your oat and chai seed blend and place in fridge overnight.

The next morning, chop your green apple into slices and cook your apples on the stove top with cinnamon and maple syrup.

Take your overnight oats out of the fridge and add as much plain greek yoghurt on top as you’d like.

Top with your spiced maple apples.

Enjoy! Preferably with a cold brew chai on the side 😉

Such a treat heading over to Arlo in Elwood for some chai and insanely delicious pancakes! Not only was our chai served in a pot and strainer (which we love ❤️), but the pancakes were some of the fluffiest we’ve ever had! Couldn’t fault!

We caught up with Evan from Paperboy in Hampton over an iced chai and breakfast to chat about how versatile Prana Chai is for cafes and their menus. We’re still thinking about that porridge 🤤
