1. What is your main area of expertise within the Taskforce role?
"As State Manager, I lead our Western Australia workforce of 300, translating insights into action to drive positive change for job seekers, employers, and the local labour market."
"I bring extensive leadership experience from the sales and telecommunications sectors with a proven record of resolving workforce and recruitment challenges."
2. How you can assist with a localised approach to employment barriers, labour gaps, upskilling etc what are you hoping to achieve through your involvement?
"By prioritising my time on the ground in Perth South, I aim to help shape connection and collaboration across key industries, employers, training organisations and community services."
3. What is your main driver/motivator?
"I’m a passionate advocate who believes that collaboration and diversity will strengthen our community. This will, in turn, create opportunities, ensuring our workforce is inclusive and resilient."
