✨ NEW GROUP FITNESS CLASSES ✨
We’ve added three new classes to the timetable! Designed to support strength, mobility, recovery and confidence at every stage of life.
Falls Prevention 🧘
Mondays | 2.15pm
A supportive, low-impact class focused on balance, mobility and strength to help reduce the risk of falls and build confidence with movement. You’ll also learn what to do if a fall occurs.
Flow 🌊
Wednesdays | 12.15pm
A recovery-focused class designed to improve flexibility, mobility and muscle repair. Expect gentle movement, core and hip work, myofascial release and foam rolling to leave you feeling looser and more balanced.
Step Aerobics 🔥
Thursdays | 6.30pm
Step to the beat in this fun, high-energy class combining classic step moves with old-school aerobics to boost endurance and burn calories. Suitable for all fitness levels.
