👩🏽‍🌾🪏We were so fortunate to have Casey from Bunnings Caroline Springs to conduct a gardening workshop with some of our students today!

Working towards becoming an even more sustainable school, the students were taught how to prepare the garden beds for planting, weeded them, separated seedlings and planted them, before giving all our new seedlings a drink!

We look forward to being able to harvest some strawberries, blueberries, carrots, beans and spring onions in the future. 🍓🫐🫛🫘🥬

🎈 E D U C A T I O N S U P P O R T D A Y 🎈

Last week, our school community came together to celebrate Education Support Day with a morning tea and heartfelt tribute to the incredible staff who work tirelessly.

The event was made even more special by a lovely speech delivered by two of our Year 6 students, who spoke with genuine warmth and maturity about the vital role our education support officers play in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment every day.

From classroom assistance and administrative support to helping students thrive both academically and emotionally, the appreciation shown was truly meaningful.

Our Grade 5–6 students stepped back in time at the Immigration Museum in Melbourne, exploring stories of migration, identity, and belonging. 🌏✨

Through interactive exhibits and powerful personal stories, students gained a deeper understanding of Australia’s rich multicultural history and the journeys that have shaped our community today.

A day filled with curiosity, learning, and meaningful connections! 🧳📚

🎨5 / 6 A R T🎨

This term, Ms Young has been guiding our 5/6 students to create 3D art!

Using recyclable materials, the students made model robots. Today, they began the next step of the piece, covering their model with Modroc (similar to plaster)!

The students were so engaged and careful, ensuring they covered their entire art piece in Modroc. They tried their best not to plaster themselves in the process!

We cannot wait to see the next step once they all dry! 👀

⚓️ P O L L Y W O O D S I D E ⚓️

Our Year 3/4 crew set sail today aboard the mighty Polly Woodside, and what an adventure it was. From hoisting ropes to exploring the captain’s quarters, our young sailors threw themselves into ship life with curiosity, teamwork, and plenty of laughter. Their behaviour was ship‑shape all day, making the voyage smooth sailing for everyone. A fantastic day on deck for our budding explorers and navigators.
