Today's radical Australian history: the Builders' Labourer's Federation (BLF). In the late 60s and early 70s, a left-wing, militant, radically democratic leadership, the BLF showed what was possible when workers took a stand to determine what our work looked like. The workers of the BLF stood up for the environment, against racism, and for other progressive social causes. The BLF remains an inspiration for all who see that workers have an interesting in standing up against their bosses and the capitalist system.
