The Fires Near Me NSW mobile application has been upgraded, with users now able to receive notifications about fires and other important safety information.
Users can search for the Fires Near Me NSW app in the AppStore or Google Play. There is also a national version, Fires Near Me Australia, which provides basic information from participating fire agencies interstate.

With hot and dangerous weather across most of the state tomorrow, tonight would be a great time to check over your bush fire survival plan!

Twelve areas will be under total fire ban tomorrow Saturday 23 September 2017. Very High to Severe fire danger forecast for most of the state. Know your risk and discuss your plan.
