Welcome to our share house, we might be for you.

Our ages range from 24-84; retired, FIFO, blue collar and professional; clean and tidy; respectful.

Mostly there are 2-4 people home of a night (including the last “puzzle piece” you?). There are multiple recreation areas, 2 washing machines, lots of space to park, large kitchen and pantry. You’ll never feel cramped or that you can’t get your own quiet time (hard to believe - but we know).

The “SOUTH WING” behind the private access door is 3 rooms, all with built in robes (2 dressed as bedrooms and the centre room currently an activity room), 1 bathroom, separate toilet and linen press/storage.
Currently available is a private double furnished room - you’ll share the “wing” with 1 other professional female (24) clean, tidy, friendly, quiet and super easy to get along with.
Want to bring your own bed/furniture - NO PROBLEM!

We have a cleaner for common areas/bathrooms once per week, a monthly gardener - so your spare time is your own and all we ask is that you clean up after yourself, share some minor duties of unpacking the dishwasher and taking out the bin etc.

Your lodging includes utilities, wifi, Netflix, Kayo, Prime.

There’s more to tell but this is long enough, shoot us any questions you have and I’ll be happy to answer them. Of course there’ll be an interview, meeting and 3 dogs (1 small inside) judging you.
References will be required.

Still looking for one more ten”ant”, female, 25-35 ish to share the South Wing with another female tenant. Single furnished room with walk in robe - can be part or unfurnished. This won’t make ten ants and there will remain a spare room between you, sharing large bathroom, separate toilet. Sharing main common areas of the large home.

Great area, on 1 acre so plenty of parking space, house mates are friendly, quiet and respectful - you must be too.

$250/week includes utilities, wifi, Netflix, cleaner for common areas.

Must have references and be working full time. No pets.

"Shady's Shack" is a purpose built boarding house with extra large communal areas - extra large kitchen, massive walk in pantry, lounge/theatre/2 dining tables 10 and 6 seaters, large patio with BBQ and outdoor setting, laundry with 2 washing machines, plenty of off street parking, security cameras, well equipped and maintained.
Even with a tribe of people (9 adults tried and tested), the home is comfortable and spacious. Each wing has it's own dedicated bathroom and toilet. Ideally 1 more room will be let, looking for suitable “fit” must be clean, respectable and pet and drug free! Price includes utilities, WIFI and weekly cleaner of communal areas and bathrooms. $80 fee for exit clean. Term negotiable. Available from 21/2/2025

All arrangements require 2 weeks for bond, 2 weeks rent in advance. Personals/other are not included.

We are inviting expressions of interest for secondary students for 2025. This property has operated as a private boarding house for several years, and with new ownership beginning mid-December, we look forwarding to continuing this service into the 2025 school year and beyond.
