Stanford Swim School offers a variety of programs in an indoor heated pool at Epping. Our 45-minute programs are structured to support swimmers at every stage of their development - from those just starting out in the water to more advanced swimmers in our mini squad. Each session is tailored to match the swimmer's individual skill level, ensuring they build confidence, improve technique, and progress at their own pace.
Whether your child is learning basic water safety or refining strokes in preparation for squad training, our programs provide the right balance of challenge and support.
