Happy Friday everyone! There is no playgroup this coming Monday (8th June) because it is a long weekend. We hope that you all get outside and enjoy some beautiful winter sunshine! 🍂🍁🪾🌤

Hi everyone! We just wanted to give a little update now that we have settled into Term 2.
We've been having so much fun in the beautiful autumn sunshine. Digging in the sandpit, sailing off on adventures in the boat and making fairy potions in the garden have all been regular activities. The heater is also on inside where we've been invited to tea parties, investigated the caterpillars that will turn into butterflies soon and got creative making and painting.

Playgroup is on every Monday during term time from 10-12pm. Many children bring some snacks to eat along the way or at story and song time at the end. You're welcome to attend two free sessions and then we encourage you to join Playgroup SA. The morning is unstructured until song and story time at the end so children can play at their own pace and explore the beautiful Clarendon Kindy in their own way. We look forward to seeing the regulars again next week and hopefully welcoming some new faces soon!

Hi everyone,
I wanted to provide an update on the playgroup. I will no longer be able to run the playgroup sessions after Term 1. I have really enjoyed taking on this voluntary position for the last 2 years but feel it is time for someone new to take on the role for the remainder of the year. This can be a shared position with one or two others so it minimises your commitment or you could continue to run it fortnightly as I have been this term. Please reach out if you think this might be something you could take on. The playgroup is such an important part of the kindy and wider community so we want to ensure it can continue to run. Thank you 💚

Hello playgroup friends,
I hope you have all had a wonderful break. As I mentioned last year, my kids are starting at a new school. Their first day is this coming Monday 2nd Feb, so I will begin playgroup the following Monday 9th Feb.
Playgroup will begin at 10am and be held on a fortnightly basis (I’m still hoping for a co-coordinator to hop on board 🤞).
I’m looking forward to seeing the returning faces and the new ones!
