Today (10/10) is Firefighters Remembrance Day - a day to honour our fallen firefighters who paid the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Commemorative services will be held around the state at 10am. We will pause for a minute’s silence and we encourage everyone across the state to do the same wherever you are. Flags will also be flown at half-mast at stations around Queensland. If you snap any pictures of commemoration activities where you are, please send them so we can add them to our Remembrance Day gallery.
