This time the F.B.O. challenged the AKAdemie Contest of the AKAshi city government. For the contest this movie is JPN only, so we tell you the story here.

A fairly black agent takes an oath to reveal the secret of Akashi明石.
Two agents go into the market. An agent reads an old font text on the traditional paper; "The next of SUMA" He is unsatisfactory because the next train station of SUMA is not AKASHI but TASRUMI.
By the castle he asks another agent how could the old letter be related to their matter that people being late in whole offices and schools in Japan, and why they are in Akashi. His partner answers so; The paper of the letter looks so old that there were no railways on its age. Then "the next of SUMA" should mean Akashi, because The Tale of Genji源氏物語, the most popular classic story in Japan, has successive chapters of SUMA and AKASHI. They start the research of the city.
On the table they have the local specialty "Akashi Yaki(fried)". They talk about the city with word-game-witticisms such as "LOCKED A PASS of the city of OCTOPUS". Then they almost fall into a dispute where they found the word "Tanka", a Japanese traditional poem of 21 syllables. An Agent solves the puzzle.
The numbers of two tankas of "Suma" and "Murasaki-Shikibu紫式部", the authoress of the Take of Genji, are 78 and 57 in "Ogura Hyakunin Isshu百人一首", the most authoritative Karuta, a traditional words card game.
