Not too much happening on the Sun the past 24 hours with the exception of occasional minor C-Flares and an M1.1 flare peaking at 07:04 UTC (May 29). No Earth directed eruptions were visible in available imagery. This morning there are at least seven numbered sunspot regions visible with AR 4452 and 4455 being the most likely to produce an isolated M-Flare.

🌀This is a gravitational lens, predicted by Einstein and generated by the gravity of a massive galaxy bending the light emitted by another located behind it.
➡️It's called SDP.81 and indicates that there's a dwarf galaxy hovering in the halo of a much larger one about 4 billion light-years away. This discovery sets a precedent that will allow ALMA to find many more similar objects and could help astronomers find answers to important questions about the nature of dark matter.
✨A gravitational lens provides information about the properties of the nearest galaxy based on how its gravity distorts and focuses the light from more distant objects.

🌙 Hacia las 6 de la mañana, la Luna se ubicará a tan solo 0,5° de la estrella Antares. La conjunción ocurrirá a mediana altura sobre el horizonte del oeste-sudoeste️.

🔭 Ya sobre el alba (hacia las 7:20) se producirá una nueva ocultación de la estrella, pero será muy difícil de ver, incluso con instrumentos ópticos, dado que ocurrirá a pocos grados sobre el horizonte y con el cielo casi diurno . ✨
