Lincoln Learning Center Mazar is a partnership between the Public Affairs sections of U.S. Embassy and Department of information and cultural affairs of Balkh Province. The center includes a collection of English books and a net café. The Center is open, accessible and free-of-charge. Space is made available to host program events and activities for example author readings, films, speaker programs, workshops, films, meetings, and exhibits.
