We are happy to share that we successfully conducted a workshop on “Adolescent’s Challenges and its Prevention” in Logar province, Afghanistan. The workshop was organized by Organization for Outreach Operations (OOO).

The workshop aimed to raise awareness and provide guidance on the common challenges faced by adolescents in Afghanistan, such as mental health, gender-based violence, drug abuse, and early marriage. The workshop also discussed the preventive measures and coping strategies to deal with these challenges and promote well-being and resilience among the participants.

The workshop was attended by 30 adolescents, from different communities in Logar province. The participants actively engaged in the workshop activities, such as group discussions, role plays, quizzes, and games. They also shared their personal experiences and opinions on the topics covered in the workshop.

The workshop was facilitated by our professional, trained and experienced staff, who provided a safe and supportive environment for the participants. The workshop was also supported by the community leaders, who appreciated our efforts and encouraged the participants to apply the learnings from the workshop in their daily lives.

We hope that this workshop will help the participants to overcome their challenges and achieve their full potential. We also hope that this workshop will inspire more young people to join our cause and become agents of positive change in their society.

خوښ یو چې د "ځوانانو ځورونې او د هغې مخنیوي" په اړه مو په بریالیتوب سره ورکشاپ ترسره کړ.

د عامه پوهاوي دغه ورکشاپ د مرستندويه عملیاتو موسسې Organization for Outreach Operations (OOO)لخوا برابر شوی و، چې موخه یې د پوهاوي لوړول او د هغو ننګونو پر وړاندې مبارزه او مخنيوی چې په افغانستان کې ځوانان ورسره مخ دي، لکه رواني روغتیا، جنسي ځورونه او تاوتریخوالی، د مخدره توکو کارول، شاخه کارونه ، جبري ودونه او نور. ورکشاپ د یادو ننګونو پر وړاندې د مخنیوي او مبارزې ستراتیژیو باندې هم بحث وکړ.

په دغه ورکشاپ کې د لوګر ولایت له بېلابېلو سيمو څخه ۳۰ تنو ځوانانو، سپین ږيرو او مشرانو ګډون کړی و. ګډونوالو په فعاله توګه د ورکشاپ په فعالیتونو کې برخه اخیسته او د ورکشاپ د موضوعاتو په اړه یې خپلې شخصي تجربې او نظریات شریک کړل.

ورکشاپ زموږ د مسلکي، روزل شویو او تجربه لرونکو کارکوونکو له خوا په لاره اچول شوی و، چې د ګډونوالو لپاره یې یو خوندي او مرستندویه چاپیریال برابر کړی وو. له ورکشاپ څخه د ټولنې مشرانو هم ملاتړ وکړ، زموږ هڅې یې وستایلې او ګډونوال یې وهڅول چې له ورکشاپ څخه ترلاسه شوې زده کړه په خپل ورځني ژوند او ټولنه کې له نورو سره شريک کړي.

موږ هیله مند یو چې دا ورکشاپ به له ګډونوالو سره مرسته وکړي چې په خپله ټولنه کې د ځوانانو پر وړاندې د شته ننګونو پر وړاندې ودرېږي، مبارزه وکړي او مخه یې ونیسي. همدارنګه مونږ هیله لرو چې دا ورکشاپ به نور ځوانان هم وهڅوي تر څو زموږ سره یوځای شي او په ټولنه کې د مثبت بدلون استازي شي.

Today, November 25, is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, a day to stand up and speak out against one of the most pervasive and persistent human rights violations in the world.

Violence against women and girls affects millions of women every year, in every country and every culture. It can take many forms, such as domestic violence, sexual harassment, r**e, trafficking, female ge***al mutilation, and child marriage. It can have devastating consequences for the physical, mental, and emotional health of women and girls, as well as their families and communities.

Together, we can make a difference and create a world where women and girls can live in dignity, peace, and security.

د مهاجرت د نړیوال سازمان (IOM) د معلوماتو له مخې، د ۲۰۲۳ کال له جنورۍ راهیسې څه باندې ۳۷۴ زره افغانان، افغانستان ته راستانه شوي، چې د ژمي له سختو شرایطو او له شته بشري ناورین سره مخ دي.
راستانه شوي کډوال په افغانستان کې سرپناه، خوړو، اوبو، روغتیايي پاملرنې، ساتنې، او تعلیم ته بیړنۍ اړتیا لري.
موږ له خپلو پارټرانو او تمویلونکو سره کار کوو چې د افغان راستنیدونکو کډوالو لپاره لومړنۍ بشري مرستې برابرې کړو.

We are deeply concerned about the situation of the Afghan returnees who have been forced to leave Pakistan due to the government's announcement for undocumented foreigners to leave the country.
According to the International Organization for Migration (IOM), some 374,000 Afghans have returned to Afghanistan since January 2023, where they face harsh winter conditions and an existing humanitarian crisis.
Many of these returnees have lived in Pakistan for decades and have no ties or resources in Afghanistan. They are in urgent need of shelter, food, water, health care, protection, and education. They also face the risk of violence, displacement, and human rights violations in a country that is still plagued by conflict and insecurity.
We are working with our partners and donors to provide humanitarian assistance and protection to the Afghan returnees and the host communities in Afghanistan. We are also advocating for the rights and dignity of the returnees and for the respect of the principle of non-refoulement, which prohibits the forcible return of refugees or asylum seekers to a country where they are likely to face persecution. We believe that every human being deserves a life of dignity, peace, and opportunity.
We stand with the Afghan returnees and the people of Afghanistan in their quest for a better future.

We extend our heartfelt condolences and prayers to the victims and their families. We also commend the efforts of the rescue workers and volunteers who are helping the affected people. We hope that the people of Herat will recover and rebuild from this tragedy soon.

The earthquakes hit 20 miles northwest of the city of Herat, with one of 6.3 magnitude. They were among the world's deadliest quakes in a year when tremors in Turkey and Syria killed an estimated 50,000 in February.
