कन्सुलर सेवा विभागबाट प्रदान गरिँदै आएको कागजात प्रमाणीकरण (Consular Attestation) सेवाका लागि आज मिति २७ साउन २०८३ (१२ अगस्ट २०२६) देखि Nepal e-Attestation System (NEATS) मार्फत अनलाइन आवेदन गर्न सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।

राहदानी प्राप्ति सम्बन्धि सूचना।
राहदानी विभागबाट नयाँ प्रणाली मार्फत राहदानी सेवा शुरु भएपश्चात यस महावाणिज्यदूतावासमा जुलाई १३, २०२६ देखि आवेदन दिनुभएका आवेदकहरु मध्ये ४५९ जनाको राहदानी तयार भएर आएको छ।

नवजात शिशु, राहदानी हराएका, तुरुन्त भिसा नविकरण गर्नुपर्ने जस्तो अत्यन्त जरुरी स्थिति भएका आवेदकहरूले महावाणिज्यदूतावासको व्हाट्सअप नम्बर 050 394 9304 मा आफ्नो राहदानी र शुल्क बुझाएको रसिद पठाइदिनु भएमा हामी राहदानीको स्थिति चेक गरी सकेसम्म चाँडो राहदानी उपलब्ध गराउन प्रयास गर्नेछौं।

Consul General Mr. Hari Odari met today Mr. Kamal Vachani, Deputy CEO and Group Director of Al Maya Group, which is a major retail and distribution company based in Dubai. During the meeting, the Consul General presented about the potential Nepali products and requested the CEO to consider sourcing products from Nepal for the company's retail and distribution chain. Both sides agreed to explore possibility of sourcing, in particular, food, fresh fruits and vegetable products from Nepal.

युएईको दुबई एवं उत्तरी ईमिरेट्समा रहेका फ्रि जोन तथा अर्धसरकारी कम्पनीहरुको यस महावाणिज्यदूतावासबाट मागपत्र प्रमाणीकरण भएपश्चात सो बमोजिम भर्नाको प्रक्रियामा रहने कामदारहरुको युएई आउनुभन्दा पहिला श्रम स्वीकृति प्रयोजनको लागि भिसा लागेका श्रमिकहरुको संस्थागत भिसा प्रमाणीकरणको लागि निवेदन पेश गर्दा सम्बन्धित कम्पनीहरुले देहायबमोजिमका कागजातहरु अनिवार्य रुपमा पेश गर्न अनुरोध गरिन्छ।
• Dully filled up Application Form: can be downloaded
• Two copies of Visa Verification Letter
• All visa copies should have company stamp and authorized person’s signature.
• Offer Letter/Employment Contract provided by Free Zone Company /Semi-Government Company (Applicable from August 15, 2026). The offer letter/employment contract should fulfil the terms and conditions, including the basic salary as per the approved demand letter.
• Pre-approval letter from the Department of Foreign Employment
• Approved Demand Letter and Power of Attorney
• Visa balance record generated by Manpower Company from FEIMS system
• ID copy of Authorized Person (Owner/HR Manager/PRO) of the company
or Authorization letter to submit and collect the documents.
All copies of the documents need to be self-attested by authorized person.

Notice for Institutional Visa Verification

While applying for institutional visa verification for workers being recruited in the free zones and semi-government companies in Dubai and the Northern Emirates of the UAE as per approved demand letter by this Consulate General, the concerned companies are requested to mandatorily submit the following documents. The institutional visa verification is required for the purpose of obtaining labour approval before the workers travel to the UAE.
• Dully filled up Application Form: can be downloaded
