حصلت دائرة الشؤون القانونية لحكومة دبي على مواصفتي الأيزو في "نظام إدارة الابتكار ISO 56001:2024" و"نظام إدارة الذكاء الاصطناعيISO/IEC 42001:2023 "، واللتين تأتيان تأكيدًا على حرص الدائرة على تبني منظومة مؤسسية تتوافق مع أفضل الممارسات والمعايير العالمية في حوكمة الابتكار والذكاء الاصطناعي، وترتكز على إطلاق المبادرات النوعية التي تسهم في الارتقاء المستمر بالخدمات القانونية الحكومية والمهنية.
وتسهم المواصفتان الدوليتان اللتان حصدتهما الدائرة في توفير نهج مؤسسي منظم وفعال لإدارة الأدوات والتقنيات اللازمة في تبني الحلول المبتكرة، وتوليد الأفكار التي تدعم إطلاق المشاريع القابلة للتطبيق، وتوظيف أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي، بما يرسخ معه دور الابتكار في العمل الحكومي، وقياس أثره في رفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي والارتقاء المستمر بمؤشراته، وتحسين خدمات الدائرة وتطوير عملياتها عبر توظيف التقنيات الناشئة، لتوفير تجربة متميزة لمتعامليها، بالإضافة إلى أن المواصفتين توفّران إطارًا مؤسسيًّا لدور الابتكار والتكنولوجيا في مواكبة متطلبات المستقبل في القطاع القانوني الحكومي.

The Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department has secured ISO certifications for its Innovation Management System (ISO 56001:2024) and Artificial Intelligence Management System (ISO/IEC 42001:2023). These certifications reflect the Department’s commitment to an institutional framework that complies with international best practices and standards in innovation and AI governance. This approach focuses on launching strategic initiatives that contribute to the continuous advancement of government and professional legal services.
The two international certifications earned by the Department contribute to establishing a structured and highly effective institutional approach for managing the tools and technologies required to adopt innovative solutions.
