تأسس المكتب الإعلامي لحكومة عجمان بموجب مرسوم أميري صدر عن صاحب السمو الشيخ حميد بن راشد النعيمي عضو المجلس الأعلى حاكم عجمان.

ويهدف المكتب الإعلامي إلى تعزيز مكانة إمارة عجمان وهويتها الإعلامية بما يدعم تأثيرها الإقليمي والدولي، وترسيخ مبدأ الشفافية من خلال توفير معلومات دقيقة وموثوقة حول مشاريع الحكومة ومبادراتها، والمساهمة في إبراز إنجازاتها والترويج لها بما يحقق أهدافها الاستراتيجية والتنموية، بالإضافة إلى توفير سياسة إعلامية مستدامة تواكب التغيرات المتسارعة في وسائل الإعلام المختلفة.

ويتولّى المكتب مجموعة اختصاصات لدعم وقيادة منظومة إعلامية حكومية متكاملة، من خلال إعداد وتنفيذ السياسات والاستراتيجيات الإعلامية للحكومة بما يتفق مع التوجّهات الإعلامية للدولة التي ترسّخ القيم والهوية الوطنية وتعزّز مكانة الدولة على الخريطة الإعلامية العالمية، حيث يختص المكتب بتنفيذ المشاريع والمبادرات الإعلامية وتمثيل الإمارة لدى وسائل الإعلام المحلية والعالمية وتزويدها بالأخبار والفعاليات والمناسبات الخاصة بالحكومة، بالإضافة إلى دوره في نشر المعرفة وتعزيز الوعي المجتمعي بالجهود الحكومية والمشاريع الاستراتيجية.

ويكون المكتب الإعلامي الجهة الحكومية المختصة بالتغطيات الإعلامية لصاحب السمو حاكم عجمان، وسمو ولي العهد على مستوى الإمارة والحكومة.

كما يقوم بالتنظيم والإشراف على المواد الإعلامية المرتبطة بمشاريع ومبادرات الجهات الحكومية المحلية في مختلف المجالات، وتوحيد الخطابات والرسائل الإعلامية الصادرة عن الجهات الحكومية والتي تعكس رؤية وتطلعات الإمارة وتعزز سمعتها الإيجابية محلياً ودولياً.

سجل معرض عجمان للاستثمار العقاري 2026، 344 صفقة عقارية بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 226 مليون درهم، وسط إقبال واسع من الزوار الذين بلغ عددهم 6936 زائراً، حيث واصل المعرض فعالياته في يومه الثالث بقاعة الإمارات للضيافة.

وتعكس هذه الأرقام الفرص والصفقات الواعدة التي شهدها ثالث أيام المعرض، كما تؤكد استمرار الزخم نحو مستقبل عقاري آمن في عجمان، وبيئة الأعمال الجاذبة التي تتمتع بها الإمارة، وتعزيز مكانتها كوجهة استثمارية مفضلة.

‏Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2026 recorded 344 real estate transactions with a total value of AED 226 million, attracting 6,936 visitors, as the exhibition continued its activities on its third day at the Emirates Hospitality Hall.

‏These figures reflect the promising opportunities and transactions recorded on the exhibition’s third day. They also affirm the continued momentum towards a secure real estate future in Ajman, the attractive business environment enjoyed by the Emirate, and its strengthened position as a preferred investment destination.

وقّعت دائرة السياحة والثقافة والإعلام مذكرة تفاهم مع جمعية الإعلام السياحي الإماراتية، وهي جمعية ذات نفع عام معنية بتطوير الإعلام السياحي المتخصص في الدولة، وذلك على هامش مشاركة الدائرة في معرض سوق السفر العربي (ATM)، بهدف تنظيم التعاون المشترك بين الطرفين في مجال الإعلام السياحي والثقافي.

وتأتي هذه المذكرة في إطار حرص الدائرة على تعزيز شراكاتها الاستراتيجية مع الجهات الوطنية ذات الصلة بالقطاع السياحي والإعلامي، وتوجهها نحو تعزيز التكامل مع الجمعيات والمؤسسات الوطنية ذات النفع العام، بما يسهم في إبراز مقومات الإمارة السياحية والثقافية وإرثها التراثي والتاريخي، وتوسيع دائرة التغطية الإعلامية لفعالياتها ومبادراتها على المستويين المحلي والدولي، ويعزز توحيد الجهود بين القطاعين الحكومي والأهلي لبناء منظومة إعلامية وسياحية متكاملة تخدم رؤية الإمارة في ترسيخ مكانتها وجهةً سياحية وثقافية رائدة.

‏The Department of Tourism, Culture & Media - Ajman has signed a memorandum of understanding with the UAE Tourism Media Association, a public-benefit association concerned with developing specialised tourism media in the UAE. The memorandum was signed on the sidelines of the Department’s participation in Arabian Travel Market (ATM), with the aim of formalising joint cooperation between the two parties in the field of tourism and cultural media.

‏The memorandum forms part of the Department’s commitment to strengthening its strategic partnerships with national entities relevant to the tourism and media sectors, and its commitment to enhancing integration with national public-benefit associations and institutions. It contributes to highlighting the Emirate’s tourism and cultural assets and its heritage and history, expanding media coverage of its events and initiatives locally and internationally, and unifying the efforts of government and civil society sectors to build an integrated media and tourism ecosystem that serves the Emirate’s vision of consolidating its standing as a leading tourism and cultural destination.

أكد الشيخ عبدالعزيز بن حميد النعيمي رئيس دائرة الأراضي والتنظيم العقاري في عجمان أن برنامج التصنيف العقاري يدعم جهود الدائرة للنهوض بالقطاع العقاري من خلال الارتقاء بأداء شركات التطوير والمكاتب العقارية، ويسهم في تعزيز جودة الحياة في المجمعات السكنية، وذلك انسجاماً مع رؤية القيادة الرشيدة الرامية إلى ترسيخ مكانة عجمان مدينة عصرية توفر سبل الرفاهية والراحة للسكان بما يتناسب مع احتياجات وتطلعات مختلف شرائح المجتمع.
جاء ذلك خلال حفل الإعلان عن نتائج الدورة السادسة من برنامج التصنيف العقاري الذي أقامته الدائرة على هامش فعاليات معرض عجمان للاستثمار العقاري بحضور عدد من كبار المسؤولين والمستثمرين ورجال الأعمال في إمارة عجمان.
Ajman, 16 September: Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, affirmed that the Real Estate Classification Programme supports the Department’s efforts to advance the real estate sector by enhancing the performance of property development companies and real estate offices. He noted that the programme also contributes to improving the quality of life in residential communities, in line with the vision of the wise leadership to strengthen Ajman’s position as a modern city that provides residents with wellbeing, comfort and a high quality of life, while meeting the needs and aspirations of all segments of society.

The remarks came during a ceremony to announce the results of the sixth edition of the Real Estate Classification Programme, organised by the Department on the sidelines of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, in the presence of a number of senior officials, investors and business leaders in the Emirate of Ajman.

حصلت غرفة عجمان على شهادتي آيزو في مجالي إدارة الكفاءات وتطوير الموظفين ISO 10015، وإدارة المعرفة ISO 30401، في إنجاز يعكس حرصها على تطوير منظومة العمل المؤسسي، ورفع كفاءة الموارد البشرية، وتعزيز إدارة المعرفة وتداولها داخل بيئة العمل.

وتسلم سعادة الشيخ سلطان بن صقر النعيمي، نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة غرفة عجمان، الشهادتين في مقر الغرفة، بحضور سعادة سالم السويدي، مدير عام غرفة عجمان، وكلثم العسم، مدير إدارة الموارد البشرية، وفيصل إسماعيل الخوري، مدير إدارة الاستراتيجية والمستقبل.

‏Ajman Chamber has obtained two ISO certifications in competence management and people development, ISO 10015, and knowledge management, ISO 30401, in an achievement that reflects the Chamber’s commitment to developing its institutional operating framework, enhancing human resources efficiency, and strengthening knowledge management and knowledge-sharing within the workplace.

‏His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ajman Chamber, received the two certifications at the Chamber’s headquarters, in the presence of His Excellency Salem Al Suwaidi, Director General of Ajman Chamber; Kulthum Al Asam, Director of the Human Resources Department; and Faisal Ismail Al Khouri, Director of the Strategy and Future Department.

اطلع وفد من دائرة البلدية والتخطيط بعجمان، برئاسة سعادة عبدالرحمن محمد النعيمي، مدير عام الدائرة، على تجربة مركز الخدمات الحكومية في منطقة مينهانغ بمدينة شنغهاي في جمهورية الصين الشعبية، في تقديم الخدمات المتكاملة وتطوير نماذج العمل الحكومي، وتعزيز التحول الرقمي.

وضم الوفد الدكتور المهندس خالد معين الحوسني، المدير التنفيذي لقطاع الصحة العامة والبيئة، وسعادة يوسف محمد الشيبة، المدير التنفيذي لقطاع التنظيم الإيجاري، وإبراهيم صمره الشحي، مدير إدارة الاتصال والمجتمع بالدائرة.

‏A delegation from the Ajman Municipality & Planning Department, led by His Excellency Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Department, reviewed the experience of the Government Service Centre in Shanghai’s Minhang District, People’s Republic of China, in delivering integrated services, developing government operating models and advancing digital transformation.

‏The delegation included Dr Engineer Khaled Moeen Al Hosani, Executive Director of the Public Health and Environment Sector; His Excellency Yousuf Mohammed Al Shaiba, Executive Director of the Rental Regulation Sector; and Ibrahim Samra Al Shahi, Director of the Department’s Communication and Community Management Department.

تشارك دائرة السياحة والثقافة والإعلام في عجمان وغرفة عجمان في فعاليات سوق السفر العربي 2026، المقام في مركز دبي التجاري العالمي خلال الفترة من 14 إلى 17 سبتمبر الجاري، وذلك من خلال منصة إمارة عجمان التي تنظمها الدائرة.

وتسلط المشاركة الضوء على ما تقدمه الإمارة من تجارب ومقومات سياحية متنوعة، إلى جانب الترويج للفرص الاستثمارية المتاحة في القطاع السياحي، بما يشمل الفنادق والضيافة والمطاعم والوجهات السياحية والترفيهية وغيرها من المجالات.

‏The Department of Tourism, Culture & Media – Ajman and Ajman Chamber are participating in Arabian Travel Market 2026, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 14 to 17 September, through the Emirate of Ajman’s pavilion organised by the Department.

‏The participation highlights the diverse tourism experiences and assets offered by the Emirate, while promoting investment opportunities available in the tourism sector, including hotels, hospitality, restaurants, tourism and leisure destinations, and other areas.

واصل معرض عجمان للاستثمار العقاري 2026 فعالياته في يومه الثاني بقاعة الإمارات للضيافة، مسجلاً 310 صفقات عقارية بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 208 ملايين درهم، وسط إقبال واسع من الزوار الذين بلغ عددهم 5,270 زائراً.

وشهد اليوم الثاني برنامجاً حافلاً بالجلسات الحوارية والموضوعات المتخصصة التي تناولت التملك والإقامة الذهبية والابتكار والتكنولوجيا والعملات الرقمية في القطاع العقاري.

‏Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2026 continued its activities on its second day at the Emirates Hospitality Hall, recording 310 real estate deals with a total value of AED 208 million, amid strong visitor turnout reaching 5,270 visitors.

‏The second day featured a full programme of panel discussions and specialised topics addressing property ownership, the Golden Visa, innovation, technology and digital currencies in the real estate sector.

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Tourism, Culture and Media – Ajman, and Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, visited Ajman’s pavilion at Arabian Travel Market 2026, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

During the visit, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid and Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid reviewed the participation of tourism entities and establishments under the pavilion, organised by the Department of Tourism, Culture and Media – Ajman. They met with representatives of hotels, resorts, travel and tourism companies, and other participating entities, and were briefed on their key efforts to develop tourism products and experiences, as well as explore opportunities for cooperation with regional and international markets. These efforts contribute to enhancing Ajman’s competitiveness on the global tourism landscape.

وقّع مركز التعليم التنفيذي في جامعة عجمان، ومركز "إيلير" للتعليم التنفيذي، التابع لكلية "إيلير" للإدارة في جامعة أريزونا الأمريكية، مذكرة تفاهم لإطلاق برنامج "مسرع القيادة في الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي" في دولة الإمارات، مسجلًا بذلك أول حضور لهذا البرنامج الرائد في الولايات المتحدة بمنطقة الشرق الأوسط، في خطوة تهدف إلى تطوير قدرات القيادات التنفيذية وتعزيز جاهزيتها لقيادة التحول المؤسسي في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي.

ووقع مذكرة التفاهم الدكتور كريم الصغير، مدير جامعة عجمان، والدكتور جو كاريللا، الرئيس التنفيذي للتعلّم، نيابةً عن مركز "إيلير" للتعليم التنفيذي بجامعة أريزونا.

‏Ajman University’s Executive Education Centre and Eller Executive Education, part of the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona in the United States, have signed a memorandum of understanding to launch the Generative AI Leadership Accelerator Programme in the UAE, marking the first offering of this pioneering US programme in the Middle East. The initiative aims to develop executive leadership capabilities and enhance readiness to lead organisational transformation in the age of artificial intelligence.

‏The memorandum of understanding was signed by Dr Karim Seghir, Chancellor of Ajman University, and Dr Joe Carella, Chief Learning Officer, on behalf of Eller Executive Education at the University of Arizona.
